Our litigation practice covers the prosecution and defense of adversarial cases and special proceedings – whether family, civil, criminal, commercial or administrative in nature – before the various trial courts and quasi-judicial bodies, as well as appeals and reviews before the appropriate appellate tribunals.

But we also believe that litigation should always be a last resort. Thus, where proper, we advocate alternative modes of dispute resolution such as arbitration, mediation and negotiation of out-of-court settlements.
