Our Terms

Our clients usually engage our services under one of the following arrangements:

RETAINER Usually applied to corporate accounts, for a fixed periodic fee, we render a given set of legal services and handle the recurring legal concerns of our clients.

CONTINGENT Usually applied to litigation cases, we charge an initial acceptance fee, appearance fees, and a final fee contingent on our success.

PROJECT Usually applied to special projects, we ask for a fixed fee for completion of the entire project. If the project comes in stages, we sometimes ask for professional fees for every stage completed.

CONSULTANCY Usually applied to legal or tax queries, we bill our clients only for the actual time spent by our lawyers on their queries.
