Some questions are general in nature –
like, “Is divorce legal in the Philippines?”
Other questions are particular in nature –
like, “Can I divorce my spouse?”
We may respond to general questions by sending you a direct e-mail.
Or, if we feel that the question would be of interest to a lot of people,
we may post the answer in an FAQ within our website.
We will tell you if we do this.
For particular questions, we may not be able to answer
unless an attorney-client relationship has been established between us and you
(one of the ethical rules in our
Code of Professional Responsibility).
There is no exact line between general and particular questions, though.
So if you're in doubt, just ask away.
